This website currently presents concept products for display and market-research purposes. Product images, example formulas, prices, descriptions, and availability may be illustrative and are not a final offer for sale.
Illustrative future return window
For a future live store, customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by contacting tutam@collinscake.com. The owner must confirm the final return window before live publication.
Eligibility
Unless a different rule is required by applicable law, eligible merchandise should be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. The owner may need to exclude opened food or treats, used grooming products, and used pet items for hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law.
Non-returnable or restricted items

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Return shipping and refunds
The owner must confirm the return address, carrier, and who pays return shipping before live orders are accepted. If a return is approved, a refund is generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing time may affect when the refund appears.
